Power Users and Offline Functionality
Probably the biggest differentiator between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is that Microsoft provides desktop versions of many of its applications.
Familiar apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams can be accessed from your desktop and files can be edited by staff even if they don’t have an internet connection.
This is not to say that Google Workspace doesn’t have an offline working option. But it is significantly less advanced than the full featured Microsoft apps.
